Police say a desperate man fatally shot himself after he was caught with his pants down – literally – in his car outside a coffee shop in Arizona.
The driver, Nautica Malonebegan his journey to death last Wednesday when he stopped in the drive-thru line at Bikini Beans Coffee in Tempe, AZ and was approached by an employee who noticed he had no pants on as he took his order, said police officers.
Police said the employee told her supervisor as Malone rolled up to the drive-thru window, still naked from the waist down. The manager allegedly pulled out her phone and recorded a video of Malone masturbating.

According to the Maricopa County Medical Examiner, Malone then drove to the Arizona town of Goodyear and shot himself in the head on Jan. 11.
Tempe police tell TMZ … on the night of Malone's suicide, members of his family showed up at the cafe and were “aggressive” toward the staff, “claiming that Malone killed himself because of the incident.”
