The Eagles fan who insulted a female Packers fan in Philly is officially unemployed… The hothead's now-former employer is calling out his behavior… while also slamming people who ruined her business online!
TMZ Sports spoke to the co-founders of BCT Partners Lawrence Hibbert And Dr. Randal Pinkett – who appeared in season 4 of The apprentice – who beat up the ex-project manager Ryan Caldwell for his actions in a now-viral video in which he called the Green Bay fan a “stupid, ugly bastard.”
What it's like to go to Philly and just try to cheer on your team…
Unprovoked, inappropriate. Packers tweet help me find this guy…this is not okay

“I cannot emphasize enough how abhorrent the behavior we witnessed was and how upset I was to see someone associated with our company at the time engaging in such behavior,” said Pinkett.
Lawrence and Randall said they knew it was Caldwell immediately after seeing the clip – and they launched an investigation “as quickly as possible.”
“It was a consultative process. It was a speedy process and we believe it was a fair trial.”
While the company itself clearly didn't do anything wrong… BCT came under intense scrutiny on social media when people found out where Ryan worked. Marking the company's 25th anniversary, Hibbert said the last 24 to 48 hours had been “really difficult.”
“It hurts,” he said. “But we also believe that we can stand on our track record and we wanted to use these opportunities to reinforce the fact that even in difficult times we can continue to stick to our value system and do what we do.” that it is right.”
Pinkett criticized some of the online comments, calling a few “disgusting.”
“The problem with the culture that we have created and that we find ourselves in is that there is no room for grace. There is no space, there are only two extremes: either you are fine or you are canceled.”

“We believe there is a middle ground where we can recover from mistakes, learn and grow. We believe Mr. Caldwell can learn and grow, but we believe our community can also learn and grow.”
Caldwell has not publicly addressed the scandal.
