Arsenal fans have praised Myles Lewis-Skelly following their North London derby victory against Tottenham.
The Gunners came from behind to beat Spurs 2-1 on Wednesday night, with Lewis-Skelly playing a pivotal role in what was his first senior appearance against his team's arch-rivals.
The 18-year-old left-back is enjoying a great season and even Mikel Arteta has preferred him to the likes of Kieran Tierney, Riccardo Calafiori, Jakub Kiwior and Oleksandr Zinchenko in recent weeks.
Lewis-Skelly played 87 minutes of the Spurs clash before receiving a standing ovation when he was replaced by Zinchenko.
And, after the match, the defender, who is a contender to make Thomas Tuchel's first England team after his impressive form, conducted an interesting interview with Gunners legend Ian Wright.
“Just happy, you know,” Lewis-Skelly said, reflecting on his feelings as he walked off the field.

The 18-year-old left back received a standing ovation after being substituted, beaming with joy.
'Just take it in, soak it in. This is an incredible man. My mom, my grandmother and my friends (were here).
'I had to put on a show for my grandmother, make sure I didn't look soft in front of her. I had to make sure I beat my tackles on her and I hope she's proud of me.”
Wright then pressed Lewis-Skelly on what it was like to play his first derby in north London after coming through the Gunners' youth academy.
“It was incredible,” he added. 'Everything I experienced in my dreams… wow, I just couldn't believe it.
“I had to take in every moment. I feel pressure but this is what we live for. We live moments like this. “It's a derby and we needed to win and that's what we did today, so I feel like a million bucks.”
And after the interview, Gunners fans took to social media to salute Lewis-Skelly.
“Yeah, this guy Myles is going straight to the top,” said one. 'Arsenal from start to finish. Enjoying a #NLD,” added another.
Another fan chimed in: “This is so pure.” What a talent. What a person he will be for us. A true Arsenal man. I love seeing it.'
All the Gunners fans said the same and praised Lewis-Skelly after his display.
Others pointed out the wholesome clip with one saying: 'Doing it for his mom and grandma.' It definitely made them proud! Future captain and legend.'

Gunners fans were not the only ones to praise Lewis-Skelly, with Declan Rice and Arteta joining in the praise for the youngster after the match.
“It's scary,” Rice told TNT Sports when talking about Lewis-Skelly's ability. 'I said that 18-year-olds now have no fear at all.
'There were four or five occasions in which he has that Mousa Dembélé trait. He uses his body to get away from things. “To show that at 18 years old is incredible.”
“Today he was phenomenal again,” Arteta added. “He's got a real personality and he's got a real attitude, you need that to play against (Dejan) Kulusevski and (Brennan) Johnson.
“The way he handled the situation and the occasion was excellent.”
Arsenal's victory left them four points behind table leaders Liverpool, although the Reds have a game in hand.
Arteta's side return to action on Saturday night when they host Aston Villa.
