Wendy Williams has some good days and some bad days… but people shouldn't assume she's fine just because she calls into an interview show – so says her lawyer.
We spoke to Roberta KaplanWendy's lawyer who tells us… Wendy struggles with frontal lobe dementia – a neurological condition for which there is no cure.
Because of this, Roberta explains, a state court found her incapable of making legal and financial decisions for herself… and due to the degenerative nature of the disease, she will require care for the rest of her life.
However, Wendy doesn't have 365 bad days a year…some days are good, and she has a lot of clarity – which is why she sounded completely normal when she called into The Breakfast Club this morning.

ICYMI…Wendy was on the show on Thursday and made fun of her life – She said she felt like she was in prison and immediately called her life “shitty.”
Wendy usually explodes Sabrina Morrissey – her restorer – during the call. Roberta Kaplan is only representing Wendy in her lawsuit against A&E over the production of the documentary “Where Is Wendy Williams?”
Williams also made several other claims – she claimed she couldn't answer calls from loved ones and that her only regular interactions with people were with “nannies” giving her pills.
Wendy's niece, AlexShe claims she's not really impaired… and urges her fans to watch #FreeWendy to help her aunt.
