Besiktas are interested in Rangers midfielder Tom Lawrence.
The 30-year-old has made 15 appearances in all competitions this season and has scored five goals so far.
However, he only has six months left on his contract having failed to agree the terms of the deal at Ibrox.
Lawrence is available on a free this month, with Ipswich, Burnley and Sheffield United monitoring the situation.
A move to Besiktas would allow him to reunite with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who was named the team's new coach this week.
Solskjaer coached the Welsh international during his time in charge of the Manchester United reserve team between 2008 and 2011.

Lawrence eventually left the Red Devils in 2104 to join Leicester, but played just four times for the Foxes.
A loan spell at Rotherham, Blackburn, Cardiff and Ipswich followed before a permanent move to Derby in 2017.
The midfielder settled in the Rams, where he spent five years, scoring 37 goals in 185 games.
