Angry Leicester fans vented their frustration against Ruud van Nistelrooy and director of football Jon Rudkin as they suffered a seventh successive defeat.
Second-half goals from Fulham's Emile Smith-Rowe, in his 100th Premier League game, and Adama Traore helped turn the atmosphere at The King Power into a toxic one.
Chants of “Sack the Board” and “We want Rudkin gone” filled the stadium, but van Nistelrooy, appointed just seven weeks ago, was not spared either.
His decision to substitute creators Bilal El Khannouss and Harry Winks with the score at 1-0 was loudly booed, with fans chanting “You don't know what you're doing.”
When Jordan Ayew was later replaced, fans cheered his dismissal.
After the final whistle, Van Nistelrooy, with a somber expression, entered the field to console his players. The response from Leicester fans was largely silent, as most had already left before the end.
Fulham overcame relegation-fighting Leicester to win 2-0 at the King Power Stadium.
The Foxes have lost their last seven Premier League games and languish in 19th place.

The visitors were rewarded by taking the lead in the 48th minute.
Raúl Jiménez played in Harry Wilson and when he passed the ball over the box, Lukic nodded in for Smith-Rowe to duck and put Fulham ahead.
It marked Smith-Rowe's first goal since November and frustration among Foxes fans, who are bottom of the league, was evident.
Rudkin was the main target, but when Ayew missed his shot to equalise, the fans turned on van Nistelrooy for removing two other players after 64 minutes.
Within four minutes, things got worse and Leicester added a second. Lukic was able to advance through the home midfield without anyone challenging him.
When the ball reached Wilson on the left, he sent in a cross that was met with a brilliant side-footed finish from Traore.
Ayew's departure in the 71st minute to be replaced by Facundo Buonanotte was received with ironic cheers. It reflected the dark mood in a foggy stadium. Leicester's magical 2016 Premier League title seems like a long time ago.
