Wolves star Matheus Cunha furiously responded to a journalist on social media after he was accused of ignoring away fans following his team's defeat to Chelsea on Monday night.
Cunha, 25, took to above the relegation zone on goal difference.
He did so after Liam Keen, Wolves correspondent for Wolverhampton-based news outlet Express & Star, posted on the platform that the striker's coach, Vitor Pereira, “didn't like Matheus Cunha's body language.”
The journalist then posted a series of tweets praising Cunha for being a “fantastic player” but criticizing him for his “poor” body language.
He then added that the Brazilian went “straight down the tunnel” after the final whistle.

“I had this conversation in the locker room,” Pereira said. “You can get frustrated because you want to win, but everyone on the team wants to win.”
'I don't like this body language. I want someone as captain who tries to help the team: running, suffering, fighting together. This is something I can understand. Next time I won't understand.

Asked if his head had gone haywire amid the January interest, the Wolves boss replied: “It's human for players to start being a bit… it's normal in football.”
