Authorities wrote in the documents that the men — who were “in the country illegally or overstaying their permits” — were in possession of an LSU jersey and a Bengals baseball cap that they said were taken from Burrow's apartment.
They also stated that the boys had Husky automatic punching tools, which are commonly used “by the South American Theft Group for breaking glass and entering homes.”
According to the report, the men also had a phone with historical cell location data that proved it was in the area where Burrow's apartment was burglarized in December.
None of the four – who were identified as Alexander Chavez, Bastian Morales, Jordan Sanchez And Sergio Cabello – are currently charged with burglary… but documents show they committed all four felonies, including possession of criminal tools and participation in a criminal gang.
