We caught up with Candy outside celebrity hotspot Craig's in West Hollywood on Tuesday night… and we had to ask her if she'd lost her home after living there for more than 50 years – and Spelling told us it was extremely sad time.
Spelling says her fondest memories in Malibu revolve around her late husband – the mega-producer Aaron Spelling – and she is thinking about building again on the same property.
Clearly the area is a mess at the moment… so Candy isn't in the mood to rush back and start rebuilding – but the option is clearly on the table.

Whatever she wants to do with the property, she has a real estate professional on her side… literally, because Candy had dinner with Josh Flagg — and you have to hear what he says about a possible remodel.
We told the story… Candy lost her house After the fire broke out in early January – a development Candy described to us at the time as a complete shock. We also spoke with Flagg, who said he has “so many memories of this house. The house is gone, but the memories are not. This is a total disgrace. This whole fire is a disgrace. This didn’t have to happen.”
