Pep Guardiola has confirmed another injury setback for Ruben Días after the defender was substituted in Manchester City's latest Champions League defeat.
Dias had only returned to City's matchday squad for the weekend's 6-0 thrashing of Ipswich after missing six games in all competitions with an unconfirmed injury.
However, the centre-back was left uncomfortable on the bench when Guardiola hooked him on at half-time of Wednesday's match at the Parc des Princes.
City's participation in the Champions League has now been left on a knife edge after PSG came back from two goals down to record a resounding 4-2 victory that leaves the reigning English champions in the knockout zone.
Next week's home clash against Club Brugge is now of greater importance as City need a win to guarantee a place in the last 16 of the Champions League.
They may have to do without Dias, as Guardiola confirmed that the Portuguese defender notified him that he was having problems during the first half during the half-time team talk.

Guardiola explained that Dias asked to be replaced, with youngster Rico Lewis taking his place in a makeshift left-back role while Josko Gvardiol moved into the center of defence.
Revealing Dias' latest injury complaint, Guardiola summed up after the match: “He asked to be substituted because he wasn't feeling well.”
Further assessment will now be carried out to determine the severity of Dias' complaint once City return to Manchester with Guardiola and his supporters hoping it is just a minor issue ahead of the upcoming decisive matches.
Chelsea travel to the Etihad on Saturday and the hosts face a growing injury list as Matheus Nunes once again replaced the defense against PSG.
Meanwhile, Guardiola admitted his team are struggling to finish off teams in the usual way after taking the lead in matches because players get nervous when in possession.

“Because to play you have to play and we couldn't,” he told TNT Sports after City's latest defeat.
'To defend the result you have to take the ball and we didn't have it. “We have to defend better and that's why it's more difficult,” he added.
