twitchThe family is angry at Allison Holker for writing a book about him…but his widow has taken steps to ensure she's the only one who can make money off his name.
TMZ received the non-disclosure agreement (NDA). tWitch's family says Allison made her sign up to attend his funeral and this is essentially financially preventing her from doing what she's doing… namely collecting money from a memoir collection about their relationship and his death.
As part of the NDA, tWitch's family and other signatories agreed to put any proceeds from interviews, books, articles or shows about him directly into Allison's pocket… which is a pretty strong deterrent.
The funeral's secrecy declaration also sparked outrage in the family.
Allison's oldest daughter, Weslie FowlerIs Defense of the NDA … on the grounds that the purpose was to stop people from photographing his body. Weslie even said that when Twitch was alive, people who attended certain family events had to sign NDAs.
That may well be true, but the document also positions Allison as the only one who can benefit from tWitch's life story… and she has made it publicly clear that 100% of the proceeds from sales of her book will go to the Move with Kindness Foundation , which was founded in honor of her late husband.

TMZ obtained an excerpt from Allison's upcoming book, “This Far: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light,” in which she explained the reason for the NDA.
Allison says Stephen “tWitch” Boss's family wanted a group of people they didn't know to attend the open-casket funeral … but they reduced the number to 13 people and made it clear there would be no photos or videos would be allowed.
She writes… “I couldn't risk a photo getting leaked to the press or spread across social media platforms and becoming the lasting image people have of him. There is no way my children could come across a photo like this.” later date.
“On the advice of my lawyers, I insisted that anyone viewing the open casket sign a confidentiality agreement to protect Stephen’s privacy, a requirement that angered his family. 'If we have to sign non-disclosure agreements,' they said, 'then everyone has to do it.' Sign NDAs.' “No problem,” I replied.”
Sources tell TMZ … Allison didn't benefit from the NDA because no one violated the agreement.
