Baltimore Ravens shakes an important training after Super Bowl's offer fell short

The Baltimore Ravens have made several assistant training changes after their hopes of a Super Bowl vanished in the divisional playoffs this season.

The team announced six new hiring about John Harbaugh's technical team, particularly Donald D'Alesio as a defensive back coach.

The former NFL chief coach, Chuck Pagano, was also announced as a senior defensive assistant and secondary coach.

More to come.
