Ben Affleck And Jennifer Lopez have settled their divorce, TMZ has learned, and in a month and a half they will officially end their marriage.
In short, everyone walks away with what they individually acquired during the marriage. The money Ben made from his various film projects is his, and the same goes for what J Lo made during their two-year marriage. Notably, Ben retains his stake in his highly successful production company, Artists Equity, which he founded and collaborated with in 2022 Matt Damon.
Ben founded the company in November 2022, about four months after his marriage to J Lo, and AE has since produced hit films such as “Air,” “Unstoppable,” “The Instigators,” “Small Things Like These” and “The Accountant 2.” . “
As for J Lo…she keeps her own big projects…while married she worked on “Atlas”, “This Is Me…Now”, “The Mother”, “Shotgun Wedding” and “Marry Me” . “
They also reached an agreement on the $61 million home they purchased, but the terms are confidential. It is on the market, but so far there are no takers.
TMZ broke the story, Ben and Jen did NOT have a marriage contract. Normally this would mean that they would put everything they acquired during the marriage into one pot and split it 50/50. But the agreement – mediated by Disso Queen Laura Water – is practically like a marriage contract.
The agreement also reveals that J Lo will drop Affleck as his last name and revert to Jennifer Lynn Lopez.
TMZ broke the story J Lo filed for divorce from Ben back in August…but now it looks like things are resolved just 5 months later.
The divorce will be official on February 20th…exactly 6 months after J Lo pulled the plug.
