Bill MaherThe head revolves over the number of films made about prostitutes, but he believes that a recently changed title change has caused a lot of damage.
The 'real time' host seemed amused that Hollywood is now using the term “sex worker” instead of prostitute. Do not understand him false, “Anora” was a big film, but it is part of a movement that does the soul covering for many women in this biz.
Bill says the term “sex worker” is really just a virtue signaling, and as he puts it … it is too benign. It sounds like an office job, and it's not like that.
Now he does not say that it should be illegal … In fact, on the day he was “politically incorrect”, he supported the legalization of prostitution.
But his overarching point is that it is often not a real choice of prostitutes … it is an act of despair.
