Bristol City 1-2 Wolves: Vitor Pereira's team thwarted a Bristol City comeback attempt to advance to the FA Cup.
Fresh from recovery since Pereira took charge last month, Wolves traveled to Ashton Gate looking to secure a place in the FA Cup fourth round.
After a good start, the visitors took the lead thanks to a goal from Rayan Ait-Nouri after just 10 minutes.
Wolves continued to build on their lead from the start and Rodrigo Gomes later made it 2-0.
Scott Twine gave the hosts hope of getting back into the game when he scored a free kick on the stroke of half-time.
