Brittany Mahomes took her loyalty to her husband to a new level this weekend, returning to Arrowhead for Chiefs vs. Texans six days after giving birth to her third child.
Mahomes and her husband Patrick announced earlier this week that their daughter Golden Raye was born on January 12.
Six days later, with quarterback Patrick leading the Chiefs' charge against the Houston Texans, Brittany was on the sidelines at Arrowhead Stadium cheering him on to victory.
He even sat on the floor with his two oldest sons to watch Patrick's press conference after the Chiefs won 23-14, setting up a blockbuster matchup against the Buffalo Bills next Sunday for a spot in the Super Bowl.
Brittany has at times been a polarizing figure among football fans, but she rarely misses her husband's big games, much to the amazement of fans around the world this weekend.
One fan account, called ChiefsKingdomMom, wrote on X: If you've never been a woman 5 days postpartum, you don't understand what it took for her to be on the sidelines.
Brittany Mahomes was on the sidelines to cheer on her husband Patrick in the NFL on Saturday.
Her appearance in the game was incredibly only six days after giving birth to a baby girl.
If you've never been a woman 5 days after giving birth, you don't understand what it took for her to be on the sidelines. I'm not talking about childcare or how you look, I'm talking about what your body is going through. I was stunned when I saw she was there. Simply amazing. https://t.co/pMAxi9SedL

Another said: “Brittany Mahomes on the sidelines 6 days postpartum is crazy.”
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's fan account TayvisHaze also shared a video of Brittany and Patrick kissing before the game and wrote, “You can say what you want about Brittany Mahomes, but you can't question her loyalty to Patrick.”
Brittany, 29, also shared photos from her day at the game on her Instagram account, and while most comments praised her for being there, some were less impressed.
'Didn't you just give birth? About a week ago? I understand that you support your man and are (playing) at home, but you should be at home,” read one response.
Another fan said: 'I don't know, this feels toxic. To all the new moms, don't think for a second that you have to bounce back so quickly. It's okay to stay home and heal.
A similar comment read: “This is crazy, it's okay to miss a game and recover.” Sorry, this is not a push-up.
The couple had announced last July that they were expecting another child together.
However, not all fans were impressed that Brittany was already back in the game.
The Chiefs return to Arrowhead next Sunday for their next playoff game against the Buffalo Bills.
Six months later, Brittany confirmed that she brought Golden Raye into the world on Sunday, January 12.
In an Instagram post on Monday, she shared a photo of her and Patrick's hands resting on Golden Raye's feet, which were placed right in front of a sign with his name.
Patrick, 29, had said on Christmas Day that Brittany was due to give birth imminently and joked that he hoped it would be during his team's bye week before the NFL playoffs.
But regardless of what people think of her attendance at Saturday's game, Brittany was there to see another Chiefs win, so it seems likely she'll be back next Sunday for the Bills game.
If Patrick and his team win, they will play for the Super Bowl title in New Orleans on February 9.
