Caitlin Clark can be the rookie of the reigning year of the WNBA, but surprisingly he was unable to overcome the former giant star, Eli Manning, in a recent Pop-A-Shot game.
Clark and Manning found themselves in New Orleans during the Super Bowl week for the homonym of the Campo Mariscal with their former franchise, and the two -time Super Bowl winner challenged the guard of Punta to a game of the classic shooting competition.
But instead of Clark, who made more than 90 percent of his free throws last season, it was Manning who dominated the game, since he comfortably defeated Indiana Fever Star 76-51.
Things were quite close from the beginning, since Manning had only an advantage of 38-30 over Clark, but the legend of the giants ended strong about Clark, which was not surprised by his own struggles.
“I told you that I am bad in the Pop-A-Shot,” he said during the game.
Manning, meanwhile, said after the game he had been practicing the game “a lot.”

The former teammate of the Manning giants, Shaun O'Hara (who was present at the aforementioned clip looking at the former room and Clark Face), told Mail Sport in an exclusive interview that Manning was “really honored” to be a finalist and was not “annoying” or “angry by the decision.
'We assure ourselves that we would have cut enough glasses to continue celebrating. And this does not define him or his career, “O'Hara said during the Super Bowl week. Obviously I am partial as a teammate and as a friend. Look, it definitely belongs. It's not about whether it's just a matter of when.
During the same episode of Eli Manning's showClark playful with the former giant when he admitted that his favorite player grew up was his brother, Peyton.
“He really had a Peyton Manning shirt while growing, not to make you crazy, Eli,” he said, when he was asked to name his NFL favorite star.
Eli responded jokingly: “It angry me a lot.”
Peyton is considered one of the best pins of all time, and was included in the Hall of Fame in 2021.
