Tasha K was able to go out of bankrupt Cardi B … this according to new legal documents received by TMZ HIP HOP.
On Wednesday, a bankruptcy judge signed the Tasha K plan … Tasha K will make payments to Cardi from her income, which she will bring in from her projects over time to fulfill the judgment that Cardi received in her complaint against the blogger.
The inner circle of the “Bodak Yellow” rapper also received a certain protection in the form of a non-realization clause, which Tasha keeps from it to make derogatory or defamatory comments on Cardi and her family.
To ensure that things run smoothly, Tasha must also submit copies of her tax returns to Cardi's lawyer and present quarterly reports with the court about the income that she generates during the plan.
