Deceased New York socialite Jocelyn Wildensteinoften referred to in the media as “Catwoman” because of her surgically altered cat-like features, is cremated… and her remains are sent overseas.
Jocelyn's fiancé, Lloyd Kleintells TMZ … she will be remembered at a small and private funeral in Paris and after her cremation her ashes will be taken to her ranch in Kenya.
We're told Jocelyn's final resting place will be close to her family…her father is buried on the same African ranch, and her mother's ashes are there too.
Jocelyn's fiancée says she loved Kenya… so it's only fitting that her ashes end up there.
As we reported… Jocelyn died on Tuesday in Paris because of a pulmonary embolism. She was 84.
Klein says he is still in shock over suddenly losing the love of his life. He tells us that they laid down for a nap in Paris and he woke up at 6pm, but she never did. He says her death was sudden and without suffering.
Jocelyn's fiancée adds… “She was my love, my friend and my soulmate for 21 years.”
