Charles Dion McDowell – better known as the notorious “Wide Neck” perpetrator on the Internet- has returned again in comparison to the law … and this time the fees are much more serious- he was accused of sending naked pictures to a minor … learned.

This is not McDowell's first brush with the law … For the first time, he crossed the path with the police in Lee County, Alabama, the ways after he had supposedly tried to escape police officers during a ruthless driving incident. His likeable smile, coupled with his massive neck, made his search photos viral – and he soon became an internet sensation.
Since then, McDowell has been arrested several times because of a SmorgasBord alleged crimes such as the possession of marijuana, cocaine and meth and driving with a revoked driving license.
