In this case, Diddy's defense team and public prosecutor submitted a joint letter to evidence. After the defense … CNN bought the video that shows Diddy Attack cassie in the hallway From the Intercontinental Hotel in LA claims the letter “CNN bought the only known copy of the hotel's surveillance material, uploaded this film material into a free processing software, changed the video and then destroyed the original film material, although it knew about the investigation of the federal investigation and repeatedly reported.”

The defense claims that CNN has changed and edited the film material by “covers the time stamp and then changed the video sequence. It also contains the speed of the video so that it incorrectly looks that the actions in the video are faster than you. As a result, the CNN videos do not show the events in question and exactly.”
The Intercontinental Hotel has closed this place and we are said that there is no other video of the incident.

The defense makes it clear … You will submit an application to exclude the video of Diddy's impending process. Diddy is not pursued criminally because of the strokes – this is a state matter and the limitation period has gone – but they want to use the prosecutors to show diddies alleged violent tendencies.
The reality is this … dishes almost never admit video evidence in which the video is edited – judges insist on the raw material. So there is an extremely good chance that this video will never be played for a jury.
We contacted CNN … so far no answer. We also turned to the public prosecutor's office of the Southern District of the New York Federal Prosecutor's Office … they rejected a statement.
