Furious college football fans want Arkansas left tackle Fernando Carmona banned for life after shocking foul play in their game on Friday.
The Razorbacks beat the Texas Tech Red Raiders 39-26 in the Liberty Bowl in Memphis, but there was a controversial moment that angered fans.
Footage shows the moment players try to get back on their feet after a six-yard run by Braylen Russell with Carmona, the team captain, standing on top of the pile.
Texas Tech player CJ Baskerville can be seen lying on the ground, apparently still on the ground after making a tackle.
It is at this moment that Carmona can be seen intentionally stomping on the Baskerville player's ankle, pushing all his weight towards the opponent's leg.
The player can then be seen writhing in pain on the ground, although the referees did not appear to see it.

Angry fans took to social media immediately after the incident to call for Carmona Jr. to be banned for life.
One wrote: 'This should be his last match. What a loser!'
Another commented: 'This was absolutely on purpose. You can tell he raised his right leg until it was above the other guy's ankle and then pressed down.
'A normal step would not have had that hesitation. “He should be kicked off the team and the team should be fined.”
A third posted: “I hope all the NFL scouts and coaches see this.” What a terrible thing!
'He should be banned from playing football forever!' another commented.
One comment read: 'I mean, for us to even think about doing it, let alone doing it… Wow. Absolutely cut it off immediately.'
Offensive lineman Carmona helped quarterback Taylen Green throw for 341 yards and two touchdowns. when Arkansas pulled away in the second half to win 39-26.
Green completed 11 of 21 passes, two for touchdowns, and added 81 yards and a score on 15 carries. He led a great attack in which the Razorbacks accumulated 559 total yards.
Will Hammond was 20 of 34 for 280 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in the second half for the Red Raiders, replacing injured starter Behren Morton.
However, Texas Tech's offense, which reduced a 21-3 deficit in the first quarter to 21-19 in the second quarter, was unable to respond in the second half.
