Dave Grohl He spent his birthday putting others first and preparing hearty meals for the people affected by the Los Angeles wildfires and the brave firefighters who battled the flames.
Check out the clip – Dave whipped up a huge vat of chili while volunteering on Tuesday Feed the streets Los Angeles, the group that is making a major effort to feed displaced families, inmate firefighters and other frontline workers in the wake of recent devastation.
Feed The Streets shared an IG story of Grohl in action, with another clip showing him pushing containers across the sidewalk to distribute those meals to those in need.
Dave, who makes his home in LA's Encino neighborhood, has been a long-time volunteer with Feed The Streets, so it's no surprise that he stepped in to help during this crisis.
He's in good company, joining a star-studded crew Paris Hilton, Beyonce, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Sofia Vergara and more, everyone is volunteering and donating to help wildlife and those affected by the fires.
