Dave Portnoy has demanded an FBI investigation into the Washington Commanders and their running back Brian Robinson Jr. after he agonizingly missed a huge $370,000 payday on Sunday.
Earlier on Sunday, the Barstool Sports boss announced to his social media followers that he had endorsed a bold parlay in the penultimate week of the NFL regular season.
Known for his high-stakes bets, Portnoy predicted that the Indianapolis Colts' Jonathan Taylor would score two or more touchdowns, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Kenny Pickett would score, and Robinson Jr. would score.
At odds of +3629, and with Portnoy revealing his winnings would be around $370,000, that means he is believed to have placed $10,000 on the bet.
Taylor and Pickett duly delivered for Portnoy in Sunday's early games, leaving only Robinson Jr. to pull off the win in Washington's primetime matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.
He had 60 yards on 13 carries and nine yards on two receptions, but failed to reach the end zone all night as the Commanders cruised to a dramatic 30-24 overtime victory.

To make matters more painful for Portnoy, Robinson Jr.'s backup, Chris Rodriguez Jr., scored a rushing touchdown.
The failure of their negotiation left Portnoy furious and he posted a video on social media demanding that the FBI investigate “everyone in Washington.”
He said: '(Rodriguez) has five fucking carries all season. Robinson is perfectly healthy, smiling on the sidelines and we're giving it to this damn guy?
'I want a federal investigation. I want everyone fucked up in Washington investigated. I want DraftKings investigated. I want Robinson investigated.
'I want everyone who has a pulse, in the house, in the latrine, in the park house (investigated). What the fuck was that?
Earlier, Portnoy filmed himself lying on the ground in despair as he watched Robinson Jr. attempt to hit the end zone from a yard out.
The Commanders came up short on that play before Jayden Daniels passed on the next one, ending another promising opportunity for Portnoy to win.
Portnoy, 47, described himself as a “degenerate player” and admitted earlier on Sunday that he had been “cold” – meaning he hadn't won for a while – when he revealed his picks for the week.
Portnoy once declared bankruptcy, but has since turned a profit professionally and routinely bets an exorbitant amount on sports.
Portnoy revealed his bold bet of the day, which included three players scoring touchdowns.
Portnoy placed a $100,000 bet on Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever to win the WNBA title in August, which would have earned him $10.1 million.
He also bet $1.1 million on the Celtics to win the NBA championship and $1 million on the Oilers to win the Stanley Cup, putting him even with Boston's win and Edmonton's loss.
Earlier this year, Portnoy earned a $1.65 million payday after backing Scottie Scheffler to win the Masters.
He also bet $100,000 that Alabama would win the college football national championship, but they didn't even make the 12-team playoff bracket.
