Detroit Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold has posted scary footage of him falling down the stairs at his home.
The 21-year-old shared the clip on X on Thursday night. It shows him scrolling on his phone as he leaves a room and heads downstairs.
As you take the first step down, your foot slides across the mat and sends your body flying into the air.
Arnold's body returns to the stairs, but he manages to grab the rail by his hand.
He then slides down several steps before stopping at the bottom, where he sits for a minute to compose himself.
Fortunately, it appears that Arnold escaped without injury. Posting the video on X, he captioned it: 'I had a tough morning' with a series of laughing emojis.

The Lions took Arnold in the first round of this year's NFL draft after starring at Alabama
Arnold doesn't have to worry about his health for this week's NFC championship game after the Lions crashed out of the playoffs last week.
The NFC's No. 1 seed was aiming for the Super Bowl all season, but Dan Campbell's team was stunned by Washington's commanders on home soil.
Arnold was taken in the first round of this year's NFL draft after playing his college football at Alabama.
He signed a four-year contract worth $14.3 million that also included a $7.25 million signing bonus.
Arnold started 16 games for the Lions in his rookie season, missing only the Week 12 win over the Indianapolis Colts through injury.
