On Friday, Diddy was in court for a pre -judicial hearing in his federal criminal proceedings when his lawyers saved the Feds about the Cassie -Kachvideo.

The judge asked the public prosecutor whether they had the original security video and the deputy lawyers of the United States revealed that the FEDS had the CNN version … and a recording of the original film material.
This is important because Diddy's lawyers, as we reported for the first time, claimed on Thursday that CNN changed the video and changed and destroys the only known version of the volume.

The judge shot back that a possible solution is to slow down the video or bring it into the correct order … asked the lawyers and prosecutors from Diddy to compromise.
Whatever CNN did with the Cassie video or not can now be irrelevant … «, because the Feds say that they have the OG version.
The FEDs have added two new alleged victims to the Diddy Ranking, and the judge has instructed the government to reveal their identity to Diddy's legal team.
