The latest Diddy The lawsuit comes from a model that claims that he put her under drugs and offered her a safe place to rest … but then held her against her will and she was sexually attacking for hours.
The lawsuit, which has submitted anonymously, claims that Diddy and the woman met in 1999 at a VIP party he organized in NYC. The first part of her claim fits the bill of dozens of other complaints … she claims that he had given her a drink during the event, and she felt “extreme sleepiness” and could hardly stand.
However, what happened next is a bit different … The applicant claims that she told him that she had to go because she felt revealing, and diddy suggested to sleep in his house and assured that nothing happened would. She says she also told him that she was married and didn't want to meet him.

When she was back with him, she got into a bed with her clothes … but he was supposedly “aggressively with undesirable physical progress”. In the lawsuit, submitted by lawyer Tony BuzbeeShe says that this took place for the next 4 hours – continuously undesirable villains of her breasts and genitals and penetrates with his fingers.
During the alleged attack, she said that she repeatedly told him no and desperately tried to ward off the progress. As soon as the drugs waned, she claimed that she asked Diddy to call her a taxi and left his place.
She sued Diddy and some of his companies and seeks compensation for physical injuries and psychological damage he supposedly caused.
Diddy's legal team released and said: “No matter how many complaints are submitted – especially by people who refuse to put their own names behind their claims – the fact will not change that Mr. Combs has not sexually attacked or acted someone – Man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world in which everyone can submit a lawsuit for some reason. Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial legal proceedings to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident that he will prevail in court. “
