Diddy Had a one -night stand with a street artist … Problem is, the guy says he was raped … at least according to a new lawsuit.
The founder of Bad Boy Records is sued by A John Doe Anyone who claims diddy raped him orally and attacked him after the tip of his drink.
In the lawsuit received by TMZ, the man claims that in November 2022 he sang and played on the street in front of a popular night club in Los Angeles and guitar, as a man who claimed to be a talent scout for Diddy to a Diddy party invited.
John Doe claims that he was driven to a private home in which Diddy invited him to sit down, drink something and talk about his music aspirations. In the course of the conversation, he said that he congratulated Diddy's necklace and Diddy asked if he wanted to see more about Diddy's jewelry collection.
The guy claims that Diddy then brought him to a private room in which John Doe suddenly suddenly was sleepy, out of balance and slightly euphoric … although he only used a drink.

He says that the room had no jewelry and Diddy bluntly asked: “Have you ever sucked ad ***?” He claims that he said Diddy “No”, and Diddy replied: “You should try” while unveiling his penis.
The guy claims that Diddy forced him to carry out oral sex, to pack the man's face and to force his penis into his mouth. He said that he was more of the drugs that diddy gave him unable and withdrawn him and anal attacked him before leaving the room.
The next morning the guy claims that he woke up in the house with someone who gave him an IV … and he was driven back to the night club and left … never heard from Diddy again.
He claims that he had suffered pain, intellectual fear, emotional agony, humiliation and shame … and he runs Diddy for damage.

Lawyers for Diddy say TMZ … “As we have already said, Mr. Combs cannot react to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are flawless or demonstrably wrong. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the court procedure. The truth will prevail in court: that Mr. Combs has sexually attacked or acted nobody – man or woman, adults or minors. “
