Diddy And federal prosecutors contradict the jury's selection process for his upcoming criminal proceedings … and his defense team wants to submit a wide network.
According to new legal documents received by TMZ, Diddys Legal Squad would like to start the jury's selection on May 5 … and you want to choose from a massive pool of 600 jurors.
The public prosecutor would like to start the selection of the jury next month … propose a start date on April 21, in which Diddy's Camp is quitting because they want to have more time to prepare its defense.
Diddy's camp wants potential jurors to fill out written questionnaires that are recorded and checked before both sides can find an agreement on 12 jurors for the process.

In addition, the founder of Bad Boy Records would like to ask a successive selection process of the jury in order to ask jurors individually outside the presence of other jurors.

Diddy and the public prosecutor also have a potential starting date for the negotiation. The Feds wants a jury to sit for opening statements on May 5, while Diddy's team wants to start the jury on May 5 and make the opening statements as soon as they select the jury.

The inquiries are part of the explosive court reports on Thursday … in the same document in which Diddy's Camp claims CNN that changed Cassie Beat the footage and then destroys the only known original copy of the video.
On Friday, Diddy will be due again in court, where he is expected to not make himself guilty of him in the replacement indictment.
