Another day, another aircraft problem … but the good news is that it was not brought to the crash.
However, it seems that Eastar Jet has to put his staff in order after some of his flight attendants opened an emergency door and stepped onto the wings of a commercial airline to pose for photos.
A witness took pictures of the flight attendants who carried out the photo shoot on the wing of the Eastar Jet Flight 703 last Wednesday. The flight to Jeju Island was delayed on the asphalt due to strong snow at Cheongju International Airport in South Korea.
A representative for Eastar Jet says that the crew members were instructed to open the emergency door to carry out a training session during the one-hour delay.
However, the crew apparently violated the law by modeling on the wing of the aircraft, according to the representative, who points out that Cheongju Airport serves as a military facility. This means that shooting of all kinds is strictly forbidden, according to the protection of military bases and installation law.
