- Anthony Joshua will now look elsewhere after the Gypsy King moved away
- A totally British confrontation seemed to be in the letters this year, but Fury retired
- Joshua can look at another rival to take a third heavyweight crown
Eddie Hearn has revealed the NO choice of Anthony Joshua for her next fight with Tyson Fury still in retirement, the hurried hopes of a totally British confrontation this year.
The two heavyweight titans finally searched for the course to block the horns, potentially in a lucrative agreement of two shots, but Fury announced his retirement clash last month.
In fact, the gypsy king surprised the world of boxing after revealing that he had hung his gloves only weeks after his second defeat by Oleksandr Usyk in December.
That has left Joshua fighting for another opponent and it is likely that he closely watch the defense of the IBF title of Daniel Dubois against Joseph Parker in Saudi Arabia.
AJ, still recovering from his knockout defeat at the hands of Dubois in September, could seek to fight the winner in an attempt to ensure his third heavyweight crown.
“At this time because Tyson Fory is retired, so put it aside, the number one option for AJ is to fight for the world heavyweight title,” Hearn told Betfred.

Eddie Hearn has revealed that Joshua could face Daniel Dubois or Joseph Parker below
'That is 99 percent of what he wants to do and if that is Daniel Dubois, there is no problem.
'If that is Joseph Parker, no problem.
'If AJ turns around and says that is what he is doing, then it is done.
'It's not me saying that he can't fight Daniel Dubois. Some people say they shouldn't have fought against Oleksandr Usyk. What are you talking about?
'It's your job, he is the mandatory, what do you want to do? Give him the belt and have all those criticisms that crouched Ussyk and unemployed his belt to do it?
Hearn also played the possibility that Joshua joined Fury in retirement.
“Not yet, but time will come,” Hearn added. 'That type of conversations really comes from behind the scene of how someone is acting in the camp.
'In the camp, if you don't have it anymore, it will be evident. The injuries will get worse, they will hurt you in combat against someone you should not hurt.

“You are not sharp and when that moment comes, it is when the team will say” AJ does not look good, you know “, and that is the time I will probably have a conversation with him. For Daniel Dubois's fight, the camp was brilliant.
'He was very sharp and we were very sure to enter that fight, leaving four good victories, two very good victories, and we thought he would win.
“We knew how dangerous the fight was, so he comes out, he has a terrible beginning, he never recovers, he returns a little to the fight and puts himself in the chin.” No problem.
“If the camp had gone very badly and we were not sure, I think the conversation could have been presented.”
