Emma Raducanu has led a wild card to qualify for the ABU Dhabi Open, while seeking to meet her resolution to play more events in 2025.
The 22 -year -old lost in the first round in Singapore on Monday, a three -hour battle against the Spanish Cristina seeks, and now he will go directly to the EAU.
Last season, Raducanu played only 13 tournaments, less than all except two of the 100 best, and is determined to play more a complete schedule this season. Another characteristic of Raducanu's 2024 was an apparent reluctance to enter qualified events: the France Open is the most high profile and controversial example.

“I want to play more than this year,” Raducanu said in the preseason. “Now with my configuration, I am in a place where I can continue working on the road, so I do not necessarily need to return to continue a good physical job.”
