However, the consequences extended beyond the court room with club fines and Greene's reputation damage.
And the repercussions did not end there, with the goalkeeper in question then submitting a lawsuit against Greene claiming that he suffered from posttraumatic stress disorder, depression and a broken finger that left him unable to work as a result of the attack.
“I would love that thirty seconds ago,” Greene told Channel Seven No filter podcast.
'I simply did not have the understanding of the consequences … it was very stupid. It costs between 250 and 300 thousand dollars, I think.
“Once you have a daughter, you value it more than me at that time.”
Greene also revealed that she was “very” close to dying in Bali while on a surf trip at the end of the season at the end of last year.
Footy's star thought she knew better than the locals when taking a shortcut in a reef area to reach a popular rest.

The Captain of the GWS giants confessed that he almost died because he made a silly decision on how to row in surf
“The first wave hit me and I couldn't believe how great and powerful it was,” he said.
The second hit me and took away my table, so I'm caught there, shouting, the jet ski cannot affect me. I was less than two more … I had no air in the system.
Greene finally reached a point where Jet Ski could pick it up, but says it was a close decision.
“If I got stuck where the waves were more, I was in big problems.”
