The police are asking for the public's help to find the missing daughter of the former NRL Gavin Badger referee, admitting that they have “serious concerns about their well -being” after being notified of her disappearance.

Shante Badger, 32, was last seen in the Western suburb of Wentworth Point around 8.15 am on February 21, according to a NSW police statement requesting help to locate it.

“When she (Badger) could not be located or contacted, the police were notified yesterday (Tuesday, February 25, 2025), where the officers of the Auburn Police Area command have begun investigations on their whereabouts,” said the NSW police.

'Shante is described as caucasic appearance, solid construction, 155 cm and has a long red hair.

'You don't know what you can carry.

It is known that Shante frequents the point of Wentworth and the areas of botany.

“Anyone is urged with information about Shante's whereabouts to communicate with the Auburn or Crime Stoppers police station in 1800 333 000.”

Kasey Badger shared the publication in X and on Instagram accompanied by the legend: “If anyone has any information, can you contact?

Gavin Badger, who controlled more than 300 NRL games in a first -degree race that lasted from 2003 to 2020, previously accredited Shante for playing a very important role in the change of life after he turned to drugs to deal with being Sexually abused as a child.

'My daughter was born when I was 20 years old. Many things I looked and read was that this cycle of people recreated things and built a continuous cycle around what happened, and I didn't want that to happen with my children, 'he said.

Badger revealed that it was the combination of becoming a father and finding something he loved, and it was good, which changed his life.

'Rugby League and particularly arbitration probably saved my life because he gave me some structure and those were people whom I admired that I did not want to disappoint, so from 18 to 20 it was when I began to clean myself a bit'.

He met Kasey in 2007, and married in 2010.

They made history in 2012 when they became the first married couple to arbitrate an International Rugby League match while Thailand played the Philippines.

Kasey Badger joined Belinda Sharpe to become the first woman to become a full -time NRL party official in 2019.

He became the second woman to take control of a NRL game in August 2023 when Gold Coast played Canterbury.

Shante marked that feat with a publication on social networks that said: 'The weekend we had to see the story that is made. Seeing Kasey running out as one of the first female arbitrators in the NRL is something that I will never forget. Thank you for letting us be part of something so special.
