The supermodel rolled on Thursday in a platform truck together with a full crew around Hollywood … and everyone watched while a photographer took pictures of two half -naked models that roll around on the mattress.
Take a look at the clip … Heidi talks to the person next to her when the two topics in only their underwear met different poses – and moved every muscles that they have for the cameras.
It is a pretty wild scene … and sources tell us that everything is for the 20th season of “Germany's next top model”.
We were told that the production team reproduces challenges from the past … including this one in which some of the model candidates move, but still have to pose for photos.
Heidi posted a video from the set … not clear what she says because it is in German -but it looks like she is filming on filming!

By the way … Heidi has created viral moments several times over the years, while she has shot the show several times – also in 2018 when she looked at a model shower in a public road.
