Arvin Joseph Mirasola former cabin attendant on the Mirasol cruise sentenced to 30 years He was in federal prison in August after pleading guilty to filming several underage girls – some as young as 2 years old – as they undressed on the Symphony of the Seas cruise ships where he worked.
He's now accused in a class-action lawsuit of filming hundreds of passengers without their knowledge…after planting hidden cameras in bathrooms.
He was first arrested in February after a young passenger on a Royal Caribbean cruise that departed from Florida found a camera hidden under her sink. When the ship returned to port, Mirasol was arrested. Investigators confiscated his devices, including numerous videos of children undressing and showering.
According to investigators, Mirasol also confessed to spying on and recording children while hiding under beds in cabins.
A passenger had previously filed a lawsuit claiming that nearly 1,000 people had been filmed using Mirasol's hidden cameras… and some of the footage was actually posted online.
