The two boxers faced each other on Monday at No. 1's big party. 47 in DC… and if there was any speculation about how they felt about each other after Paul's big win a few months earlier, then their encounter was proof back to being buddy-buddy.
Paul and Tyson – dressed in sharp tuxedos – had the whole congregation watching as the internet superstar bent down and placed the former heavyweight champion on his shoulders… and everyone erupted in cheers as they performed the move.
There's clearly no bad blood on Tyson's side… as Paul referred to their pair as “best friends,” which he signed off on by posting the clip on his own page.
Fans were quick to chime in with their reactions… and several users said they should be better than thieves after viewers did “deprived” of an adequate representation of the struggle. on November 15th, when the pugilists made millions.
It wasn't always sunshine and roses between the two – remember, Tyson beat Paul when weighing leading up to the fight… but the ex-Disney star always said he deeply respected the 58-year-old.
As for her ties to Trump, Tyson's POTUS loyalties go back way before his 28-year-old opponent was even born… and Paul was one of Donald's most outspoken supporters in the presidential campaign last year.
