Jamie Carragher has highlighted the Liverpool player in which he is not yet completely sold.
The Arne Slot team is in the midst of an impressive season, with the Red six clear points at the top of the Premier League, while remaining in the three competitions of the Cup.
Liverpool's achievements have been even more notable since they did not sign a single player in the summer, while no more additions arrived in January.
However, the legend of the Rojos Carragher has revealed that although a star is an integral part of the Slot side so far this campaign, he felt he could do more.
“I was commenting on West Ham, but I was just looking at (Lucas) Pack The debate of overlap fansbrought to you Bet of heaven.
'I was actually thinking that Liverpool would sign him. I know that (Manchester) City tried, but I look at his lack of athletics in some way and I think he would prevent a superior team (firm) from what he would do outside the ball.

The star in question was the Hungarian midfielder of Liverpool Dominik Szoboszlai
'And I think of Liverpool because I am not the greatest admirer (Dominik) in Szoboszlai, but has a great athletics.
“He is spoken to him like ours and people say that he is great outside the ball, but I am thinking:” He is 10, he has scored three goals. “
“And I know that he does a great job for the team, but the slots would probably prefer Szoboszlai than a package.”
Szoboszlai, 24, arrived at Anfield from RB Leipzig for £ 60 million in the summer of 2023 and was immediately established as a key gear on the Jurgen Klopp side, making 45 appearances in all competitions last season.
He has also played an integral role in the success of Liverpool this season, often appearing in a more advanced role than fieldmates Alexis Mac Allister and Ryan Gravenberch.
Szoboszlai has been in an impressive way in recent weeks, although he has still scored only four goals in 30 games this season.
And, although Hungarian has been widely acclaimed by its athletics, Slot has previously highlighted how Szoboszlai's objective is an attribute that could be improved.

The Liverpool legend raised the perspective that Lucas Packet came to replace Szoboszlai
“I think something we have to work on is that it is also even more involved in the score of the objectives and the creation of opportunities for us,” said the Dutchman in September.
'Last season he scored three (in the league) if I remember correctly and for an attacker midfielder in Liverpool, his numbers must rise.
'But I am very happy with the way he has done so far and I am 100 percent sure that if he plays in a team with such quality around him, with the quality he has in the end scoring more goals for us too.
Liverpool returns to action on Thursday when they face Tottenham in the second leg of his Cup Cup Capao in Anfield, with the Spurs currently 1-0 ahead since the first game of last month.
