Jemele Hill is once again in the crosshairs of critics after the columnist, podcast host and sports media personality allegedly deleted an unfortunate post by Caitlin Clark on X following the arrest of her alleged harasser.
'I don't like participating in the oppression Olympics but… Has CC had to delete her social media accounts?' Hill wrote in September on X. “No, but her teammate Aliyah Boston does.”
At the time, Hill was highlighting Clark's treatment as the face of the league compared to her WNBA teammates and rivals, many of whom are African-American. Clark, Hill has argued, has done everything other WNBA players do, just without becoming the target of criticism.
“CC has thrown some hard hits, she's talked trash, she's criticized referees, and yet every time she's subjected to physical play, a hard foul, or trash talk, the opposing players turn into absolute villains,” he continued. Hill.
“She is not constantly subjected to racial slurs, and whatever hate she experiences, she is not told to toughen up or that her feelings don't matter. She is not subject to the ism from both sides, nor do people try to justify any hate against her .'
Now, after a man accused of harassing Clark was arrested in Indianapolis, that post is nowhere to be seen on Hill's X page. Attempts by DailyMail.com to contact Hill have been unsuccessful.

Hill insisted in her post that Clark has faced no more obstacles than her WNBA rivals.
The man arrested for allegedly harassing Clark pleaded “guilty as charged” in a bizarre scene at Tuesday's opening hearing in Indianapolis.
Michael Thomas Lewis, 55, displayed erratic behavior and made several outbursts, including demanding accountability for his alleged crimes. At one point he told the courtroom to “throw the book at me.”
Later, however, Lewis claimed that “you got the wrong person” after realizing there was no “Jr.” attached to his name in court records.
Dressed in an orange prison jumpsuit and black sandals at the hearing, Lewis was repeatedly warned to stop disrupting proceedings. Given his behavior, Marion County Superior Court Judge Angela Davis entered a not guilty plea on Lewis' behalf.
Lewis was charged with stalking, a Level 5 felony, after attacking the Indiana Fever star, 22, with a series of disturbing posts on X over the past month. According to the charges, Lewis “terrorized, frightened or threatened” Clark, causing him to be in “reasonable fear of sexual assault.”
He was ordered to remain detained rather than pay $50,000 and was told that if he finds a way to get that money to obtain his release, he will have to remain in Indiana and wear a GPS monitor.

Given his behavior, the judge in the case pleaded not guilty in favor of Lewis.
Lewis, however, stated that he is not interested in freedom.
“I don't want bond, bond, whatever,” he said. 'I'm here. I'm staying.'
Gavin Uitvlugt, Lewis' court-appointed defense attorney, declined to comment after the hearing.
According Angela Ganote, Fox59 news anchorIndianapolis officers first spoke with Lewis on Jan. 8 after discovering the messages were coming from IP addresses in the city while he was staying at a hotel on N. Market Street.
He reportedly told police he was in an “imaginary relationship” with the women's basketball sensation before continuing to send her sexually threatening messages, leading to his eventual arrest over the weekend.
Lewis's X account indicates that he began writing to Clark on December 16, and his initial posts seemed much more innocent despite making little sense.
He then posted on December 27: 'This fantasy relationship with Caitlin is changing me for the better. . And about an hour ago I felt strong feelings from Caitlin. .as sensual. .Wow'.
