The New York Jets interviewed ESPN broadcaster and former NFL star Louis Riddick about their vacant general manager position.
Joe Douglas was fired earlier this season, in the middle of another miserable campaign for Aaron Rodgers and Co. Owner Woody Johnson is leading the search for his replacement.
On Thursday, New York announced that they had spoken to Riddick about the role. Riddick spent nearly a decade in the NFL as a player and has since worked in the front offices of Washington and Philadelphia.
More recently, however, he worked as an analyst for ESPN.
