The legend of Liverpool, John Arne Riise, completed a remarkable race challenge during the weekend.
Riise, 44, is written in Anfield's folklore after a period of seven memorable years in the club between 2001 and 2008.
During his time with the Reds, the old left played 348 times, winning seven trophies.
This included the iconic triumph of the Liverpool Champions League in 2005 when they arrived from 3-0 in the final to finally defeat Ac Milan on penalties, although Riise lost her kick in the shooting.
And, during the weekend, Riise, who also tells people like Rome, Monaco and Fulham among their former clubs, participated in perhaps their most difficult challenge so far.
Back in his homeland, Riise participated in a monumental charity event in Toppform Fitness in the Norwegian city of Moss.

The challenge, which aimed to raise money for a beneficial mental health organization, saw the runners compete in a 24 -hour running ribbon race.
Several people were involved, although the majority were only running for particular segments, but Riise endured markedly 24 hours during Friday and Saturday.
Large crowds were present for the event, which saw the 44 -year -old complex 172 km over his marathon period.
More than 250,000 Norwegian Krone (£ 17,850) were collected for the beneficial organization and Riise was exhausted but delighted with what they had achieved.
“It is the most difficult and intense for which I have gone, physically and mentally,” he said.
“(The money collected) makes it worth it, although sometimes it was incredibly difficult.”
And when their plans are pressed to celebrate, Riise added: 'I'm going home, I take a shower, I put my feet on the couch, ask the greatest kebab with spicy sauce, Pepsi Max, sweets, and then I'm not going to move for two days.
Later, with Instagram, he shared a clip of him completing the final part of the 24 -hour race and published a message to his fans.

“This is the time I finished 24 hours on the running tape yesterday,” he said. 'Proud of my achievement and especially where I was physically and mentally 4 months ago.
I did this for a great cause, mental health! I finished with 172 km, in a race I didn't think I could do.
“Thank you for all the support and all who participated and ran during these 24 hours very difficult.”
Riise looked fantastically in images and videos of the event and follows an important transformation in his body in recent times.
Last year, Riise was one of the six contestants in a Norwegian reality television show entitled '16 Weeks of Hell '.
This was a series in which the celebrities were pushed to their physical breakdown and underwent a strict diet to change their physical condition.
Speaking before the program was issued, Riise, who was known for his impressive and strong physical during his game days, expressed his reasoning to participate.
“I want to become a machine again,” he said Norway departure dagbladet. “It has been a while since I stopped playing football, so it will be exciting to see how much machine I can become.

“I want to return to my daily routines with training and diet, push my limits, eat well and feel good when I look in the mirror.”
He has similar shared updates about the transformation of his body into social networks, with a publication accompanied by the legend: 'Before and after. Hard work and dedication with the diet changed everything to me. Come on 2025. '
Similarly, he published in the period prior to 16 weeks that hell were issued, explaining how much his body had changed.
“The image on the left is 15 weeks ago … the other is a few days ago,” Riise explained.
'My trip in 16 weeks of hell has really been worth it and I am extremely happy with the effort I have made to improve my daily life.
