Fox Sports host Joy Taylor delivered a thinly veiled criticism of President-elect Donald Trump ahead of Monday's inauguration.
Trump enjoyed a surprise election victory over Kamala Harris in November and the 78-year-old will begin a second term in the White House after being sworn in next week.
Taylor, who was recently named in an explosive lawsuit, attacked Trump during a discussion about the NFL postseason.
During his late-night appearance on Fox Sports' 'Speak,' he was talking about the Super Bowl with co-hosts Keyshawn Johnson and Paul Pierce.
“You can talk nonsense if you want, it's a free country… for a couple more days,” Taylor said.
The comment sparked a curious reaction from former NFL star Johnson, who awkwardly turned his head away from Taylor.

The 78-year-old will begin a second term in the White House after being sworn in next week.
She spoke out in the wake of threats made by Trump against the media. Before the election, the president-elect spoke of imprisoning journalists and revoking networks' broadcast licenses.
Taylor has been in the spotlight in recent weeks after the 37-year-old was accused of using sexual relationships with Emmanuel Acho and network executive Charlie Dixon to advance her career.
She is also alleged having used 'his sexuality to appear on a show' in 2020, when he sought a spot on 'Speak'.
Taylor, Dixon, former FS1 host Skip Bayless and Fox Corporation are named in the lawsuit, which was filed on behalf of hairstylist and former Fox employee Noushin Faraji.
Much of it focuses on allegations of sexual harassment, sexual assault, negligent supervision, retaliation and other hostile employment issues between 2012 and August 2024.
Taylor is alleged to have dismissed Faraji's sexual harassment complaints against Bayless and Dixon and told the stylist to “get over it.”
DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Faraji, Acho, Bayless and Taylor for comment. Taylor did not respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com and did not directly address the allegations against her.
