Braian Nahuel Paiza Buenos Aires-based waiter, was arrested in connection with Liam Payne's death…for giving Payne cocaine.
Paiz was arrested by authorities outside his home in the Argentine capital a few days after his crime, where he was under house arrest was accused in connection with the singer's death.

Local authorities searched Paiz's home on Friday before arresting him.
He told us they had used cocaine and whiskey but denied selling Liam drugs. In fact, he said Liam offered him a Rolex and he declined.
For this charge he faces prison sentences of between four and 15 years. Paiz says he is being treated like a murderer and feels like a scapegoat.
The waiter was one of five people charged earlier this week… including Liam's boyfriend Roger Nores and employees of the CasaSur Palermo Hotel Ezequiel Pereyra, Gilda Martin And Esteban Grassi.
Payne fell to his death from his third-floor hotel balcony after consuming whiskey and cocaine all day.
