Liverpool has signed an agreement to meet with the supplier of this summer's adidas kit in an agreement that is believed to be worth at least 60 million a year.
The agreement will see the return of the Premier League Champions Elec to use Adidas for the first time since 2012, after a period with Nike.
They have been sponsored by German giants in previous times loaded with trophies, including a period of 11 years from 1985 to 1996.
Fans will be delighted with the news, since Adidas has made some of the most iconic shirts of the reds over the years.
The agreement is expected to win Liverpool a healthy sum that will be further encouraged by the actions in the field.
Billy Hogan, the CEO, said: 'Everyone in the club are incredibly excited to welcome Adidas back to the LFC family.

'We have enjoyed a fantastic success together in the past and create some of the most emblematic Liverpool kits of all time.
'Adidas and Liverpool share an ambition of success and we could not be more excited to associate ourselves again, since we hope to create more incredible kits to help drive in the launch performance.
“We would like to thank Nike for their support in the last five years and we want the best for the future.”
As the agreement does not begin until August, Liverpool will play in its current Nike kit at the beginning of the preseason, usually in mid -July, for contractual reasons.
The Reds are exploring the option to make a preseason tour in Japan and Hong Kong, although this has not yet been confirmed.
