LSU star and NFL hopeful Kyren Lacy finally arrested on negligent homicide and hit-and-run charges


LSU wide receiver and NFL hopeful Kyren Lacy was eventually arrested and booked in Louisiana on charges of negligent homicide and hit-and-run with serious injury or death, according to online jail records.

Lacy was released after local officials set his bail at $151,000, according to online jail records.

LSU spokespeople declined to comment on the arrest, which is related to a fatal car crash on Dec. 17. That crash resulted in the death of a 78-year-old former U.S. Marine and injuries to two other people.

Interestingly, Lacy declared for the NFL Draft on December 19, two days after the incident, and captioned his post: 'The time is now!!'
