Luke Littler has been confirmed for a place in the 2025 Premier League Darts lineup, with all eight names confirmed on Monday afternoon.
The 17-year-old is still adjusting to life as world champion following his 7-3 victory over Michael ven Gerwen at Ally Pally on Friday night and is enjoying some time off ahead of the Bahrain Darts Masters.
Last season, in his first year on the Pro Tour, Littler won the Premier League, his participation confirmed just days after finishing runner-up in the World Championship behind Luke Humphries.
Eight players in total have been named, including Humphries, van Gerwen and losing semi-finalists Stephen Bunting and Chris Dobey.
Therefore, the top five in the world were named, as well as Gerwyn Price who is in ninth place, Chris Dobey in tenth and Nathan Aspinall in eleventh.
The competition will be played over 17 weeks starting on 6 February and culminating in the play-offs at the O2 Arena on 29 May.
