According to the reports, Manchester United sent the explorers to see the Lisbon star Geovany Quenda of Sporting Lisbon before a possible summer movement for Wonderkid.
The Red Devils have been linked to a movement for the highly qualified 17 years since Ruben Amorim left Sporting to join the Red Devils.
Amorim has intended to put his seal aside since he received the reins and Quenda has been a name that circulates for a while.
The reports previously stated that United had agreed an agreement of £ 50 million with the Portuguese side to sign Quenda, but nothing has been officially confirmed.
Now, according to RecordUnited has sent the explorers to look at Quenda and were in the stands as an extreme for Sporting's clash against Porto on Friday.
The departure also states that the Red Devils will continue to evaluate Quenda Tuesday night when they face Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.

Ruben Amorim's side has been linked to a movement for Quenda since he joined United
After spending time at the Benfica Youth Academy of the Rivals, Quenda joined Sporting in 2019 at the age of 13.
Amorim immediately highlighted Quenda for his potential, and became the youngest player to represent the Sporting reserve team at the age of 16.
At the beginning of the current campaign, Quenda was integrated into the first Sporting team, with Amorim Delirando about her performance in the right wing after impressing a friendly preseason.
“It's very talented, very mature and understands the game as an adult,” Amorim told Sporting TV in July.
“Obviously he has a lot to improve, but I think he had an excellent game and we have a player there.”
Born in Guinea-Bissau, Quenda chose to represent Portugal internationally and has appeared in age groups U17 and U21 internationally.
In August, the head of Portugal, Roberto Martínez, handed over his first senior call for the Chocas of the League of Nations with Croatia and Scotland, although he did not appear in any of the games.
Currently, United feels 13 at the table after a mixed beginning to the reign of Amorim in the club.
