Marcus Rashford has rejected three offers from Saudi Arabia worth up to £35million a year as his future at Manchester United hangs in the balance.
United are willing to let Rashford leave in the January transfer window after new head coach Ruben Amorim sacked him.
However, the 27-year-old will only go to a competitive club and league that will allow him to regain his place in the England team.
He is understood to have rejected three big-money offers from the Saudi Pro League that would eclipse his £315,000-a-week contract with United, and has also ruled out any move to Turkey.
Rashford won the last of his 60 caps in a friendly against Brazil in March but was left out of the squad for Euro 2024 and is desperate to regain his place under new England manager Thomas Tuchel.
Despite saying last month that he is “ready for a new challenge and the next steps” in his career, Rashford is open to staying at United, where he has a contract until June 2028.

Cristiano Ronaldo is among the stars playing in Saudi Arabia, but Rashford turned down the chance to join him.
Sources say he is waiting for Amorim to retire him and will give 100 per cent to the team, but a 20-year association with his boyhood club could be coming to an end.
United will listen to offers for Rashford this month as they try to comply with profit and sustainability rules, and would also consider a loan deal if his new club pays a fee and covers the majority of his salary.
But any move would have to suit the player before his brothers and sole representatives, Dwaine Maynard and Dane Rashford, entered into negotiations.
Rashford has not played in the last five games after being dropped from the squad for the Manchester derby last month. He was named on the bench at home to Newcastle on Monday night after a four-match absence, but was not a substitute in United's 2-0 defeat.
United players are said to be surprised by Rashford's exclusion, given he remains the club's top scorer in the Premier League with four goals.
He has scored seven goals against Liverpool (more than any other Premier League club) but it remains to be seen if Amorim calls him up for Sunday's trip to Anfield.
