Manchester United have reportedly made an offer for PSG defender Nuno Mendes.
The Red Devils have adopted a 3-4-3 system under Rubén Amorim, with two full-backs also part of the new system.
Players such as Diogo Dalot, Noussair Mazraoui and Tyrell Malacia have been used in the left-back position, but it has proven to be a problematic position so far, with Luke Shaw plagued by injuries.
As reported by a French media RMCUnited have submitted an offer for Nunes and are putting pressure on the player to move to Old Trafford.

Mendes' contract with the Ligue 1 giants expires in 18 months and he is keen to leave in January
The winger played under Amorim at Sporting Lisbon, where he won a league title
Mendes is said to not care about a move to United and is aiming to leave PSG in January.
But the Parisians are opposed to his departure next month and have not given up in their attempt to renew the Portuguese international's contract.
Full-back Mendes played with Amorim at Sporting Lisbon, where he won a league title, before his £31.5million transfer to the French champions in 2022.
His attacking style quickly established himself as a fan favorite in Paris, he was named young player of the year the following season and won three consecutive league titles.
United have also discussed Bayern Munich's Canadian international Alphonso Davies, a Real Madrid target, as they consider potential options and Bournemouth's Milos Kerkez.
Thursday's defeat against Wolves condemned United to their eighth Premier League defeat of the season.
With just 22 points from their first 18 games, the 20-time top-flight champions are closer to the relegation zone than the top four.
United return to action on Monday night when they host Eddie Howe's Newcastle.
