A man attacked by the Noah Balta football star has released a video that shows the total reach of his wounds.
In the confrontation clip, Thomas Washbrook, 27, can be seen very bloody and bruised. He fears that he may have life wounds after the alleged incident.
Washbrook also struggles to open his right eye after the alleged confrontation with Balta outside a pub of NSW on December 30 of last year in Mulwala, near the border of NSW/Victorian.
“Look at the big cut in my head,” you can listen to Washbrook say, with a face covered with blood.
“I went out a good night … I went out with some 18 -year -old girls and the shit downlessly fuck me.”
After his arrest on the eve of the New Year, Balta, 25, later declared himself guilty of an assault position that caused real bodily damage, and was prohibited for the four initial games of the 2025 season of the AFL.
It occurs when Washbrook confirmed that he has launched legal procedures against Richmond Tigers's key defender.
Washbrook also pointed out the 'arrogant silence' of Balta and the AFL club as one of the reasons why the matter is chasing.

“Our client has incurred medical expenses, loss of income, damage to their personal effects on his mobile, telephone and clothing,” says a statement from the Washbrook lawyer, John Sutea.
“The details of these damages are compiled and will be provided as soon as possible.”
It is alleged that the statement was sent to the CEO of Richmond, Shane Dunne, but Suta did not receive an answer.
Suta is also demanding Balta for damage in the name of her client, who claims that she suffers from psychiatric disability as a consequence attributed directly to the alleged assault.
This adds to Washbrook's claims, it also suffers from nerves, anxiety and post -traumatic stress disorder.
“I am still waiting for a return call from Mr. Balta's lawyer,” Suta said.
Balta will learn his destination in March when he is sentenced in the local Corowa court.
The Swingman, who was in Mulwala visiting family and friends at the time of the offensive, has played 104 AFL games since his debut in 2019.
Balta won a prime minister with the Tigers the following season.
The key defender also signed a seven -year contract extension with Richmond only a few months ago, which encloses it as a tiger until the end of the 2032 season.
